Volunteers play an essential role in the Talent Development Coalition ecosystem. By sharing your experience, professional guidance, or technical knowledge, you help candidates build the confidence and skills required to navigate high-demand trade, healthcare, and technology careers.

Direct Impact Sponsorship

How student support changes lives.

Financial bottlenecks — exam fees, safety gear costs, transportation, or temporary loss of income during intensive training — are often the primary barriers preventing qualified candidates from finishing technical credentials.

Your support ensures that every motivated participant in the TDC network receives the wrap-around resources required to thrive in their workforce program and secure employment with our partner companies.

  • Certification & exam fees: covers testing costs for industry-recognized trade and technical credentials.
  • Safety gear & toolkits: provides hardhats, work boots, protective equipment, and specialized trade tools.
  • Training stipends: offers micro-stipends to offset transportation, childcare, and basic living expenses during full-time training.
