Talent is evenly distributed — opportunity is not. Every candidate and every employer partner moves through the same four checkpoints, powered by GrowPro's objective readiness data.
Employer relationship established
An employer partner tells TDC what roles, certifications, and workplace-readiness skills they're hiring for.
Candidate identified
TDC Navigators recruit candidates from the community whose goals match available career pathways.
Training delivered
Candidates complete technical training and GrowPro Fitness Camp evaluation — a Workforce Readiness Intelligence System that equips education, workforce development, and employer partners with objective data to confidently prepare, evaluate, and place talent.
Placement & ongoing support
Candidates are placed in high-demand roles with continued navigation support from TDC and its coalition partners.
